Why the 90-day minimum on Starter and Growth?

It takes about 30 days to build and tune your system, and another 30 to see the pattern in the data. 90 days is the minimum window to judge whether this is actually working for your shop. After that you're month-to-month — no auto-renew, no annual contract, no cancellation fee.

What's the setup fee actually for?

The one-time setup covers the initial build: porting your number, writing and testing your message templates, integrating with your FSM if you use one, dialing in voice and chat agents for Growth clients, and running end-to-end tests before anything goes live on your real calls. The Free Pilot covers missed-call text-back specifically — if you convert, the setup fee covers building out the rest of the system (review automation, lead-response sequences, integrations, and more). It's real work, not a signup fee.

Will you discount the monthly rate?

No. The rate reflects the work and the results. If Starter isn't the right fit yet, start on Entry at $499/month or apply for a free pilot — the pilot is your no-risk way to prove the system works on your line before paying anything.

What happens if it doesn't work for my shop?

If you've done a free pilot, you walk if we don't hit the agreed criteria — no cost, no commitment. On Starter or Growth, after the 90-day minimum you can cancel with 30 days notice. We'd rather you leave than stay on something that isn't delivering.

Do I pay for the tools on top of the retainer?

No. The monthly retainer includes the GoHighLevel subscription, your dedicated business number, SMS and call usage for normal volume, and all ongoing maintenance. The only time you'd pay extra is if your volume is dramatically above what a typical shop does — and we'd warn you long before that happens.

I'm stuck in a Podium / Jobber contract. Can I still start?

Yes. We run alongside your existing tools. Most shops start the pilot with us while they're still under contract with their current vendor, then make the switch at renewal once they see the numbers. You don't have to burn a bridge to start.

What if I outgrow a plan mid-commitment?

Upgrading mid-term is easy — any remaining days credit toward the upgraded tier. We only ask the 90-day minimum on the tier you're currently paying; upgrades don't restart the clock.
