How quickly will my system be up and running?
Most clients are fully live within 5–7 business days of signing on. We handle the entire setup — you just answer a few questions about your business and we take it from there.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
We work exclusively with local service businesses — HVAC companies, plumbers, electricians, roofers, and similar trades. We don't work with retail, restaurants, or e-commerce. This focus means our systems are built specifically for how your business operates.
What happens if I miss a call and the system texts the lead back — then what?
The automated text starts a conversation and tries to qualify the lead and book an appointment. You get notified immediately so you can jump in when you're free. The goal is to keep the lead warm until you can talk — and convert more of them into booked jobs.
Do I need to learn any new software?
No. We build and manage everything for you. You'll get a simple dashboard to see your leads and activity, but you don't need to touch any of it for the automations to work.
Is there a long-term contract?
No long-term contracts. We work on a month-to-month basis because we'd rather earn your business every month than lock you in. Most clients stay because the system keeps paying for itself.
